MTN programme

Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (publ) (Sobi) has established a bond issuance programme (a so-called MTN programme). Under the programme, Sobi is able to issue medium term notes in the Swedish capital market in Swedish kronor or euros up to a total framework amount of SEK 10 billion. The MTN programme is a complement to Sobi's existing financing structure.
