The prospectus supplement includes Sobi's and Biogen Idec's announcement dated 9 May 2011 that the European Medicines Agency (EMA) has adopted an opinion agreeing to the pediatric investigational plan for the companies' long-lasting, fully-recombinant Factor IX Fc fusion protein (rFIXFc).
