Representation/Diversity in Clinical Trials (included under DEI position)

We recognize the critical importance of representation in clinical trials to ensure that our therapies are safe, effective, and relevant for all patient populations. A diverse clinical trial population — encompassing a broad range of ages, genders, ethnicities, and health conditions — is essential for appropriately evaluating how treatments perform across different demographic groups.

We are designing trials that prioritize the inclusion of diverse participants. We collaborate with community leaders, advocacy groups, and healthcare providers to ensure that all individuals, regardless of their background, have access to participate in clinical studies.

We believe that by improving the inclusivity of clinical trials, we can enhance the real-world relevance of our research findings and create more equitable healthcare solutions. Our commitment to diversity not only helps us develop treatments that are safer and more effective for all patients, but it also fosters trust and engagement within the communities we serve.

As part of our dedication to advancing science and improving health outcomes globally, we continuously strive to break down barriers to participation and create a clinical trial environment that reflects the diversity of the patients we aim to serve.
