Policies and responsibilities

Our Partner Code of Conduct outlines requirements for all partners on human rights, protection against child and forced labour, environmental protection, anti-corruption, research ethics, protection of information, and legal compliance.

If you have concerns or questions about possible ethical misconduct concerning Sobi, you may report this to the Sobi Compliance Hotline.

The Anti-bribery and anti-corruption policy complements the Sobi Code of Conduct and Partner Code of Conduct and contains the global policy rules to be applied in order to mitigate the risk of bribery and corruption in activities under Sobi's control.

The Bioethics policy describes the guiding principles and governance of bioethics at Sobi. This policy applies globally to Sobi and its affiliates, and all partners conducting such research on behalf of Sobi. Our main focus areas are clinical studies, the use of human biological material and gene technology, and animal welfare.

The Environmental policy states the principles and defines roles and responsibilities for managing environmental issues within all our operations, including affiliates and subsidiaries as well as Sobi’s sphere of influence.

We enforce a global Health and safety policy. The management of occupational health and safety (OHS) is based on international ISO standards and is integrated into operational control as part of the company’s daily work.

Our statement on human rights summarises Sobi's principles, processes and governance mechanisms for issues specifically connected to human rights.
