MTN programme
Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (publ) (Sobi) has established a bond issuance programme (a so-called MTN programme). Under the programme, Sobi is able to issue medium term notes in the Swedish capital market in Swedish kronor or euros up to a total framework amount of SEK 10 billion. The MTN programme is a complement to Sobi's existing financing structure.

On 6 May, 2026, in combination with an issuance of bonds maturing on 12 May, 2028, and 12 May, 2031, Sobi repurchased SEK 935 million of outstanding bonds maturing on November 19, 2026 (SE0013885308).
