The forming and maintenance of strong and fruitful partnerships is thus a key driver behind the success of Sobi. It remains a central component of our strategy to strengthen and complete our existing portfolio and internal R&D pipeline with projects originating outside the company. Such partnerships can take different forms, such as distributorship arrangements, in-licensing or acquisitions.
With our experience in conducting development programs in rare and niche indications and from successfully navigating the special regulatory frameworks for orphan products, we are able to add significant value to make sure such projects reach the patients in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Once approved, our organization offers a pan-European coverage as well as an emerging presence in the US, with complete and well-proven track record from commercialization of specialty pharmaceuticals, including market access, pharmacovigillance, marketing, sales and distribution. Being a small-sized company focused on solely niche products gives us a unique flexibility and dedication also to smaller products, maintaining the reach and capabilities of a large pharma company.

Distribution partners
Sobi is committed to making our medicines available to the rare disease patients all across the world. We cover geographical Europe through our own organization, and have an emerging presence in the US. In many additional markets, we have dedicated distributors and partners that market our products. Our ambition is to broaden this distribution network over the coming years, to register and make our products available also in new territories.
