On June 26, 2012 Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (Sobi) issued a 5-year senior unsecured bond loan in the total amount of SEK 600 million.
The prospectus was approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority on November 12, 2012 and the bond loan is listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm as of November 16, 2012.
